By using Banan Accounting (the "Service") provided by Banan Innovation IT Foundation (Commercial Registration: 7043668438), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

Banan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software for legitimate commercial purposes, in accordance with the subscription type you have signed up for. Selling, leasing, sublicensing, distributing, or reproducing the software in any form is prohibited without prior written permission.

Subscription fees are paid annually or according to the chosen plan. Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless cancelled before the expiry date. All payments are non-refundable except in specific cases agreed with the agent or management.

The software is compliant with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax & Customs Authority (ZATCA) for Phase 2 of electronic invoicing. Responsibility for registering with the Fatoora portal and providing accurate tax data lies with the user. Banan is not liable for the user's non-compliance with tax regulations caused by the entry of incorrect data.

Your accounting data is stored locally on your device or on our servers, depending on the usage model. We are committed to protecting your data and to not sharing it with third parties without your consent, except where required by regulators or law. See the Privacy Policy for more details.

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Banan is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the software, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the previous twelve months.

Technical support is provided via official communication channels during working hours. We are committed to responding to customer inquiries as quickly as possible, noting that response time may vary depending on the nature and priority of the issue.

Banan reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or through the website. Continued use of the Service after any modification means acceptance of the modified terms.

We may suspend or terminate your service in case of breach of these terms, non-payment of due fees, or unlawful use of the software. Upon termination, your data will remain available for a limited period for export before final deletion.

These terms are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
